Hello! I am the owner and general manager of ICH. I have been in the insurance business since 1978 and have earned the Certified Insurance Counselor designation. I can help you with any insurance matter and specialize in property and commercial insurance issues. My wife Susan and i live in Massanetta Springs.

Jackie Duling, AIS, CPIW, CISR

I serve as a personal lines customer service agent. I have earned the professional designations which enable me to specialize in auto, home, umbrella, rental property, and recreational vehicle insurance. I live in Penn Laird with my husband John and my son Jacob. I have two grown children, Sara and Chris.

Janet Weller, CIC, CPIW

Hello! I have worked in the insurance business in Va Beach, Norfolk, and the Shenandoah Valley and have earned the national professional designations of CIC and CPIW. I can help you with any insurance, but specialize in Commercial accounts, health and life insurance. In my spare time you will find me planting flowers or playing the piano or organ for church.

Jill Curry

Hi! I'm the receptionist for the ICH. I started at Insurance Center in July of 2000. I will connect you with one of our great agents that will assist you. I live in Weyers Cave with my granddaughters Adairia and Ahreahna, and my little dog Addie.

J. Michael Rodes

I've been with the Insurance Center since 2001, and can help you with all lines of insurance. When I'm not at work, you can usually find me and my wife Wendy at my house in Harrisonburg, playing with my son Travis, my daughter Morgan, and my mischievous dog Snickers.

Daniel Layman, CIC

I'm a third-generation insurance agent and have been in the business since 2002. I live in Harrisonburg. When I'm not selling insurance, I enjoy painting, reading, roadtrips, spooky movies, and following DC sports teams (go Redskins!) .

Joseph Nicholas, CISR

I have been with the Insurance Center since September, 2002, after spending 30 years in the field of education. I work as a customer service agent, specializing in personal lines (auto, home, motorcycle, umbrella, rental). I have earned the CISR designation. I live in the city of Harrisonburg with my wife, Shelby. We have a son, Alan, who lives in Richmond, VA.

Jennifer Gantert

Hello, I’m Jennifer.  I started at ICH in November 2006.  I began my insurance career in 1997 working at an agency in Florida.  Prior to ICH I lived and worked in Maryland.  Originally from Western PA, I am an avid Steelers Fan, and currently live in WV with my husband Rich and our dogs.  I serve as a CSR for personal, commercial, and health policies primarily written by Mike, but I will happily assist you with any insurance needs you may have.
